T300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using t300's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the t300 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and t300 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their location.

Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. t300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card, for the purpose of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. t300 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify t300 immediately and change your password. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
T300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, false information provided during registration, or a breach of any stated terms. In confirmed suspension cases, any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, unless there are substantiated grounds to withhold the funds based on verified fraudulent activity.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the t300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). t300 supports a range of local payment methods including e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as transfers via FPX from major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Each deposit request will be processed once verified by the payment processing system. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. t300 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
For a first withdrawal, t300 reserves the right to request identity verification and payment method confirmation before approving the transaction. This process is a standard security measure to protect users from unauthorised activity.

User Responsibilities and Liability Limits
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the t300 platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to access platform systems without authorisation, manipulating or cheating the betting system, using automated software or bots to place bets, modifying or interfering with any part of the platform, or engaging in money laundering through the platform.
Users are also prohibited from using any platform content or information for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t300.
T300 Liability Limits
T300 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and t300 makes no guarantees regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of any information displayed.
T300's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the actual amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All t300 platform content — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of t300 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from t300.
The t300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. t300 has no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of such websites or services.
T300 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates.
Data Privacy & Related Policies
T300 respects user privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected through the platform. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by t300's separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.
