T300 Privacy Policy — Protecting User Information
Updated: January 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how t300 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. By using this platform, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
During registration, t300 collects information such as your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and encrypted password. This information is required to create and verify your account and to ensure platform security. Identity documents such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card may also be required for identity verification (KYC) purposes before your first withdrawal is processed.
T300 records transaction details including deposit and withdrawal amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), payment methods used such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, or FPX, as well as the date and time of each transaction. Registered bank account or e-wallet numbers are stored in a controlled and protected format. t300 does not directly store credit or debit card numbers in our systems.
When you access the t300 platform, our systems automatically log technical information such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and screen resolution. This helps us optimise the platform's display across various devices — including Android and iOS mobile phones — and detect suspicious activity for account security purposes.
We track platform usage patterns such as pages visited, time spent in each section, types of games or markets accessed, and actions taken within the platform. This data is used to improve the user experience and ensure the platform runs smoothly across all types of internet connections commonly used in Malaysia.
How Your Information Is Used
T300 uses the information collected for various legitimate purposes necessary to operate the platform. Core uses include processing account registrations, verifying user identities, handling deposit and withdrawal transactions in MYR, and contacting users regarding their accounts when needed.
Your information is also used to improve the platform's functionality and design based on real usage patterns, to detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
If you opted in to receive marketing communications during registration, t300 may send you information about promotions, bonuses, or platform updates. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time through your account settings.

Data Storage, Security & Sharing
Data Storage Security
All t300 user data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Passwords are stored in hashed form using robust algorithms and cannot be recovered — not even by the t300 team. Access to user data is strictly limited to staff who require it to carry out legitimate service functions.
We conduct regular security reviews and update our protection systems to address the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats. Data is retained for the duration your account remains active, and for the period prescribed by law following account closure.
Sharing with Third Parties
T300 does not sell or rent user personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, certain information may be shared with selected third parties in the following circumstances:
- Authorised payment processors that facilitate MYR deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Technical service providers that assist in operating the platform under strict confidentiality agreements
- Legal authorities where required by Malaysian law or a valid court order
